Shipping Rates

Scrapbooking Fanatics offers a flat fee shipping rate of $17 for orders under $100. 

Free Shipping for Canadian Orders

Orders over $100 will receive free shipping (Canadian orders only) and will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Please note that the shipment of heavy and bulky items, such as heavy machines or large totes will be excluded from the free-shipping offer. For these items, Scrapbooking Fanatics will create a custom shipping quote based on exact costs. Orders with free shipping may take up to 10 days to arrive (but usually less than 5 days), and will be sent by a carrier chosen by Scrapbooking Fanatics.

$5 Shipping Offer

At Scrapbooking Fanatics, we also offer a $5.00 Small Envelope Shipping Offer (Canadian orders only). This option is designed for small items such as dies, stamps, embossing folders, small packages of embellishments, and 6x6 paper pads. In order to be eligible for this offer, the order must fit within the Canada Post letter mail requirements (maximum size of 9.5" x 6" x 0.8" and must weigh less than 7oz). Additionally, your order will be shipped out as regular mail with no insurance (Scrapbooking Fanatics will not be responsible for this package after it has been mailed). If you wish to have your order arrive quicker and/or be tracked by insurance, please choose the flat fee option.

Returns

In the case of merchandise returns, please send a detailed message to info@scrapbookingfanatics.com and we will be happy to discuss your refund options. All returns require prior email authorization.
